The percentage is a percent positive out of 100%. We exclude neutral mentions from the calculation, on these reports.
% Positive, calculated as: (Number of Positive Mentions) / (Number of Positive Mentions + Number of Negative Mentions)
This means that any neutral comments are excluded from the calculations on the PDF Reports.
Here are a few examples:
- 0% means that 0% of the mentions were positive (i.e. 100% were negative).
- 10% means that 10% of the mentions were positive (i.e. 90% were negative). 20% means that 20% of the mentions were positive (i.e. 80% were negative). And so forth.
- A blank means that no mentions were positive or negative and also about that topic during the reporting period.
