This particular classification identifies consumers’ level of satisfaction concerning the value of their experience with regards to the price they had to pay. If a customer mentions good deals or overpriced menu items, you can see these conversations and respond to them directly via the Value Classification.
This classification was released in August 2015. For White Box Members who joined before August 1, 2015, historical data is available through July 15, 2015.
To find your Value Classification of mentions, do the following:
- Select "Dashboard" from the menu on the left.
- Click on "Guest Satisfaction", a sub-menu option below "Dashboard". This tab provides an in depth look at your restaurant's Guest Satisfaction metrics, with Value being the classification farthest to the right on your screen.
