When leaving a review on Google, Yelp, or Facebook, guests give a star rating for their overall experience. White Box considers a 1 or 2 star rating negative, a 3 star rating neutral, and a 4 or 5 star rating positive.
For posts where guests do not give a star rating, White Box uses NLP (Natural Language Processing) libraries to assign a positive, negative, or neutral sentiment.
White Box members can also update the sentiment of a mention in the platform if they disagree with our automated NLP sentiment on a particular mention.
The ability to update sentiment of posts is a feature that is only available if approved by your White Box Brand Admin. If you would like access to that feature and are unsure who your brand admin is, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
